THREE MONTHS TO THE DAY – A LGBTQ DRAMA
When Alan comes by his friend John’s flat for a visit, he finds him in rough shape. John has just been left by his partner of three years, Helen, prompting Alan to invite John over the next night
to cheer him up. Little do they both know what will unfold.
They spend more and more time together over the coming weeks, eventually prompting John to confide in Alan his biggest revelation since becoming single: he’s gay. And to make matters more complicated, Alan surprises John with a kiss, which escalates into a full-blown affair. While John discovers himself as a gay man for the first time, Alan struggles to accept his sexuality, forcing the men to hide their relationship from the rest of the world — most notably, Alan’s girlfriend, Jan in this LGBTQ drama.
But unfortunately for both men, just as Alan is finally ready to declare his love for John and leave Jan, she reveals that she already knows….
