REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Our refunds and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You should have not received your item if you were posted a physical script and you should have contacted us first to report a problem with your order so that we could quickly resolve the problem for you.
  • If there was a problem with your download, you should have firstly contacted us and allowed us to resolve the issue for you prior to requesting a refund. 
  • The item did not fit the objective description on the website. As an example, you purchased a script listed as 10 minutes long and it was only 2 pages long. In this case you would be eligible for a refuns. This applies to objective values only, not subjective values. For example, if a play is listed as a comedy but you did not find it funny, that’s subjective and therefore not eligible for  a refund. 
  • Refunds are not applicable if you have already downloaded your digital script or if you return your printed book and it is in poor condition or if it is damaged in any way.
  • You cannot request a refund if you do not like your script but you have downloaded and read it. That’s like requesting a refund for a chocolate wrapper when you have eaten the chocolate inside. 

To complete your refund or return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase i.e. order number, name and date of purchase so that we can trace your order.
