Andrew Collins is the potential Welter-Weight champion of the world. Trapped in his hotel room, Andrew is trying to prepare for his big fight. But he has bigger problems. Siobhan, his girl-friend is now refusing to marry him and she is convinced he is simply seeking her for a token to look good on his arm. She loves him but won’t marry him. There has been a murder. A woman’s body has been found on a bit of waste land. But what has this got to do with these people? As time goes on, the story plays out and takes a twist that shows the real characters of the people in the room. And one of them’s a killer.

PRODUCTION HISTORY

The Fight Game was written for and performed at the 2013 Church Stretton Arts Festival 2013. It continued on a small Shropshire tour.
Initially directed by Owen J. Lewis who wrote it and played Ian Brown for the premiere.
