JULEO AND ROMIET – ROMEO AND JULIET SKIT
Short Romeo and Juliet skit in which the ill fated couple from the town of Blurona meet and get secretly married. All the boring bits are cut out from the ever so long play (yawn) to focus on the final scene….the DEATH SCENE. It’s the Friar’s fault really. Having persuaded Romiet to drink his potion to fake her death, he finds that Juleo is missing (oh no!) and so he sets off in search of him to let him know it is only a trick, only to leave Juleo to find the “dead” Romiet, and stab himself in the heart thinking she is dead. So far so good. However Romiet wakes up, sees the plot has gone horribly wrong and decides to consult the original Shakespearean version to find out what happened, only to die of boredom!
