Description
IVY – PLAY FOR TEN CHILDREN
When the flowers, owl and parrot find Ivy asleep in their garden, they are very excited. It’s been such a long time since they last had visitors. When Ivy wakes up, she informs them that she lives in the white house just close by on the hill. Then she tells them that she’s not going back because her parents don’t want her. A play for ten children.
The flowers and birds agree to let her stay in the garden, but say that if she should wish to return home, it will be up to her to find her way back as the gate she entered the garden through will not let her leave. They cannot reveal the location of the exit gate, as it is secret, but promise that those who truly wish to leave will always find it.
A few days pass and nobody comes to find her. But do her parents truly not want her? What could have happened?
