Description
LIFE ON THE LINE – SHORT COMEDY FOR 2 ACTORS ABOUT THE LIFE OF LAUNDRY. (Digital Script)
The life of laundry is more than just hanging out to dry. It’s a sunny day (for now) and Hawaii and Tee, two shirts belonging to an oversized man are being hung out to dry. Hawaii has finally come out after years of being at the back of the closet after being used for a costume party. Tee hasn’t seen Hawaii for years and confesses to him that he is feeling his age in this short comedy for 2 actors.
Slightly worn around the collar, T shudders to think what would happen to him if he were to become more worn. They both know what happened to the last T shirt that got too old… he was sent to – that place; the place everyone dreads – the garage. Collar ripped off and covered in lawn mower fuel, and NEVER WASHED, the garage is the place of ultimate terror for shirts. Tee is terrified he’ll be next…. His life is quite literally on the line. The two shirts put their seams together and hatch an elabourate escape plan. But with the storm coming, will it work?
