Enchanted – plays for junior high

In Enchanted, our favourite fairy tale princesses Cindi, Jasmine, Ariel, Ru, Belle and Snow are in desperate need of the right knight upon a mighty steed, to come to their aid in defeating the Wicked
Witch. Enter Ben (10) and Jesse (13) – two young boys. Not what you would call knights exactly, well, to be honest they are not knights at all but they are boy scouts, thank you very much and honourable even amongst real men. In this two act comedy, alliances are made, promises are broken, nasty minions are duped and good must conquer evil once again! Let’s just hope it happens before Jesse and Ben become the fairy tale itself. Plays for junior high.

The Lost Treasure Map – pantomime about pirates! Aargh!

pantomime about pirates

An island plays host to a group of keen yet ignorant child travellers as well as fearsome, bloodthirsty pirates in this pantomime about other group’s existence,  and both are desperate for a leader who may yet turn a disappointing start to a ‘quest’ into a true adventue and most importantly both are now in the market for lost treasure…

When the two groups finally face off, they are met with the possibility that they may have much more in common with each other than they previously thought! If that doesn’t beat lost treasure, what does? If that does not call for a song, then shiver me timbers!

Note: The script contains suggestions for various songs to be used throughout the play, but the use of these songs in the script is at the director’s discretion and the use of the script does not automatically entitle players to use the music without contacting the relevant authorities for performance rights for the songs chosen.  Songs can also be changed at the director’s discretion, as is traditional in pantomime.
