THE BEST DAY OF YOUR LIFE – AN UNROMANTIC ROMANTIC COMEDY
Love takes time….and timing in this unromantic romantic comedy script. Ron and Wanda seem meant for each other but after
their disastrous first date in college, things aren’t looking so good. Wanda is a brilliant, popular, chef in the making, while Ron is a film history nerd. It may seem like they will never see each other again, but over the next forty years their lives intersect again and again through sickness and health, poverty and wealth, and finally marriage. As fortunes change over time, perhaps they may finally end up together in the end….or will they?
The Best Day of Your Life had its premiere at the Vintage Theatre in Aurora Colorado. The play follows Ron and Wanda, over forty years of near miss romantic encounters. “A touching study of the choices we make … and the myriad ways in which love sparks, matures and changes through our lives. … It’ll definitely make you laugh, and just might make you cry,” Onstage Colorado.
