SURVIVORS INCLUDE – ONE ACT TEEN DRAMA

In this ten-minute play or one act teen drama, a fifteen year-old boy struggles to prevent his best friend from succumbing to his grief over the combat death of his older brother. Kevin’s brother has been killed, two weeks after he left home, leaving Kevin sick enough with grief to want to kill himself. His best friend, Mike has the somewhat daunting task of both getting Kevin to admit he took his brother’s rifle and preventing a second tragedy from happening.

A great play for high school drama class, as well as a good examination piece.

Survivors Include was produced by the Heartland Theatre Company (Normal IL) and TITLEWave Theater at the Cleveland Public Theatre under the title Mission Accomplished.
