At soon as the son was sixteen, he left home to  become a soldier as well. Like Father. Like Son.

At first the army was a good place, with a supportive Corporal, learning new skills. He even got married and had a baby boy. But then the soldiers were sent to Borneo. To a war torn place where people did things he couldn’t have imagined. He saw the atrocities first hand. One day he had to listen as they tortured and killed his best friend in the world. After that, he suffered a breakdown and was sent home. Unfortunately the apple didn’t fall too far from the tree… British male monologue about being a solider.
