SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN – A TELEGRAPH SLASHER: COMEDY ABOUT TALK SHOWS

When we think of historical reenactors, we might think of old men in older battle uniforms performing rehearsed dialogue at a national monument. But what if they cut loose and had a late-night talk show instead? With a brash and unfiltered Andrew Jackson as your host, he interviews (and roasts) the likes of a certain Geroge Washington, a flask-carrying Abigail Adams, a confused Ben Franklin, and Swamp Fox as guests. Tune-in to “Shut Up and Sit Down” in this short, sketch-comedy-style, four scene play. A comedy about talk shows.
