IMPERFECTLY SERIOUS – COMEDY OF THE ABSURD

A comedy of the absurd in which a dictatorial type manager is intellectually bested by a new young nobody in the office, gaining the new nobody the office and the girl. All because of the invention of a better type of paper dart and the unfortunate sabbatical of a superior co worker who has been sent up the river for his Mick Jagger
impersonation obsession. In this play the characters do things that ordinary people only do in their heads, such as actually pretending to be cowboys when talking about John Wayne. It takes what happens in everyone’s imaginations as they talk, into their realities and makes absurd actions a perfectly commonplace thing to do.

If you think that this is nonsensical, then you’ll have loads of fun performing this previously staged short script for three actors.
