Picture the following scenario: You hate…no, you loathe exercise. You just don’t see the point – for you it’s all pain and very little gain. And those fitness buffs? The people who talk about the rush they get when they’re exercising as if they actually enjoy it?  Hate them too.

So imagine your complete and utter surprise when you’re set up on a blind date with a personal trainer. The horror. Poor guy – he just has no idea what’s about to come down on him.
