RUNNING OF THE AAAH! COMEDY ABOUT HOW TO SABOTAGE THE RUNNING OF THE BALLS

Every year, the famed festival of San Fermín in Pamplona, Spain culminates in the running of the bulls, and every year, hundreds of animal rights activists show up to boycott the event out of protest. Running of the—AAAH!, a new bovine comedy by Mark Aloysius Kenneally, tells a fictional alternate history of the week leading up to the first American version of the event and the catastrophic chaos that ensues when one of the most vocal opponents turns out to actually be one of the bulls slated to run.

It’s a fact that the average human is cleverer than the average bovine; hence the existence of Steak Tartare. But just once in while, a group of exceptional bovines come out of the paddock. And saves the day. The bulls are revolting, the humans are scheming – but who will get the last moo in this comedy about how to sabotage the running of the bulls?

FOULWEATHER FRIEND – A TWO ACT DARK COMEDY

Foulweather Friend,  a two act dark comedy, is set in a forgotten hamlet in 1957 Vermont. The town is slowly crumbling around its last remaining living inhabitants.  A community theatre company persists in producing plays even though most of the subscription audience are in the graveyard and might, to be fair, require they be exhumed.  (At the very least they’ll have a full audience that way.)  They are in the process of rehearsing their latest play, “Foulweather Friend,” when a mysterious young playwright,  Pegeen Dalrymple, arrives in town.  But is she who she says she is? And what does she want? Family issues collide with the supernatural including Druidism in this full length play.
