HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY SCRIPT?
The scripts are digital, available for immediate download. We work via Paypal, which accepts both people with a Paypal account as well as people paying by card. If you pay by card, a common error that occurs is that people close Paypal early, once their payment has gone through. A page appears asking people to open a Paypal account, whereupon they close Paypal down. This is advertising and at the moment, we’re sorry, but we can’t do anything about it. The download link is on the next page. So just bypass the silly ad.
If, at this stage, you’re cursing because you did that, don’t panic. Just get hold of us and we’ll send you the link directly. We also email the link out again within a few hours to the email address associated with your Paypal account, just in case.
CAN I GET A PRINTED SCRIPT?
We can organize a printed script for you but at the moment the printed service is only available in the UK and USA. The cost will be greater as we print single scripts on request plus the postage and packaging.
DO I NEED TO PAY ROYALTIES FOR MY PLAY?
Yes, in most cases you will need to pay a royalty for your play that you bought. The exceptions are plays used for teaching purposes, such as in a drama class setting and play readings and home use (for example skits used for the holidays)
I HAVEN’T HEARD BACK FROM OFF THE WALL PLAYS VIA EMAIL
If you’ve sent in a script, it could take a few weeks, so be patient! We receive a lot of plays on a weekly basis to read. If you’ve emailed us regarding another matter such as a script, it may be possible that our email has gone into your spam folder or has been rejected by your service provider. If your email account is with aol, this is very likely. We will try to email you via an alternative email address, but please also try get hold of us on our alternative email address.
